The bubbler is Borosilicate glass and has a chamber that you fill with water (up to the red line). The water cools down the concentrate vapor and creates a bigger cloud effect. To fill the Bubbler with water, simply detach it from the Toro and fill it through the mouthpiece opening. Do not fill while attached to the Toro e-rig device.
